Delete your Scan-n-Pay account

Scan-n-Pay is operated by Energy Etch LLC. This page explains how to delete your account and associated data.

Delete in the app (recommended)

Open the Scan-n-Pay app and sign in.
Go to the Account screen.
Tap Delete account (bottom-right corner of the Account screen).
On the Delete Account confirmation page, check the confirmation checkbox to enable deletion.
Tap the red Delete my Account button at the bottom of the page.

If the button is disabled, the confirmation checkbox has not been checked yet.

Your Scan-n-Pay account record and saved configuration (business name, tagline, payment links, publish state)
Your published checkout page is disabled/removed
Your uploaded logo/image (if any) is removed

If you no longer have access to the app/device, you can request deletion by emailing: appsupport@energy-etch.com

Please include the email address you used to sign in. We may ask for verification to protect your account.
